ENGLISH MAHOGANY PAD TOP ANTIQUE BRACKET CLOCK
A very good quality English early 19th century mahogany pad top antique bracket clock with inset brass fish scale sound frets to the front door and sides, inset brass to the chamfered corners, brass bezel, brass bracket feet and brass carrying handle to the pad top. The clock has a white painted dish dial with Roman numerals and the makers name
The movement is an eight day duration, five pillar, twin fusee which strikes the hours on a bell. The border of the back plate and pendulum are decoratively engraved.
