George IV Oak and Mahogany Longcase Clock by John Licnes Fecit
A very nice quality oak and mahogany slim cased Longcase clock. The case has mahogany crossbanding to the doors and panels with boxwood and ebony inlay. The case also has fluted quarter columns and swan neck pediment to the hood.  The clock dial is a 13 inch arch painted dial with the makers name:-

The movement is an eight day with anchor escapement, subsidiary seconds and date calendar wheel which strikes the hours on a bell.
