DECORATIVE FRENCH BRONZE GILT ANTIQUE MANTEL CLOCK
DESCRIPTION
A very impressive French bronze gilt antique mantel clock with scrolling leaf, acanthus leaf and decorative moulding design throughout with inset sevre style porcelain panels painted with flowers within a gilt and blue border. The clock is surmounted with two putti fishing on rocks with spear, net and musical horn.
The clock has a white enamel dial with Roman numerals and a French eight day movement which strikes the hours and half hours on a bell with outside count wheel.
